North Star Associates offers turn-key project management solutions ranging from mandates to fulfil specific roles to complete EPCM-style programs. Our Project Management Office is composed of subject matter experts and professionals in construction management, project controls, procurement, materials management and HSEQ. 

Using our Oracle-based suite and proprietary software, we integrate all aspects of project management to deliver seamless real-time reporting.

The gold-standard in project optimization, Advanced Work Package methodologies are integrated into all aspects of North Star operations. We apply this disciplined, detailed approach throughout construction using Construction and Installation Work Packages (CWPs/IWPs).

Starting with the correct drawings, specifications and plans, we schedule every aspect of the project. Using the Oracle Primavera suite, we identify and task tools, equipment, personnel and materials—all working together in a multidisciplinary environment. This unified approach eliminates standby time and unnecessary rework.

Our team of quality inspectors, paired with the invaluable mentorship of our subject matter experts, will identify and document quality issues throughout all phases of the project, from materials receiving through to commissioning. Our proprietary software allows us to control quality on projects ranging from small, one-off installations to $500 million new builds. Our specialized tools and training enable us to quantitatively verify complex installations and develop real-time reports.

Accurate, timely and organized materials are critical to an effective and efficient project. Many of our clients struggle to receive, inspect, preserve and prepare their materials for upcoming projects resulting in costly replacement or unnecessary downtime. We receive your materials in our secure warehouse, inspect and catalogue them before preserving them following industry best practices and manufacturer recommendations.
