Providing contractor-oversight, progress reporting and QA inspections, the North Star team used our Advanced Work Package methodology on the Baffinland Camp Relocation project. With decades of experience in remote northern environments, we acted as the owners-representative during deconstruction, hoarding and transportation of a 800-person camp from Fermont, QC to Mary River, NU.
