Since 2016, North Star Associates has been supporting the Iron Ore Company of Canada’s management team in the installation of advanced automation and controls in all processing facilities and in relocating their operation and controls to a remote centralized operation center. NSAi has provided critical project support services on this multi year initiative including cost controls, project scheduling, outage coordination, construction management, and contractor supervision.
