Tacora Resources tasked NSAi with construction management and quality assurance mandates on their 2020 Dryer #1 refractory repair project. Combining our network of Subject Matter Experts and Advanced Work Package methodology, we developed and implemented a quality management system to maximize equipment lifespan. Combining field-level construction management with a detailed inspection system, NSAi was able to successfully complete this brownfield rebuild without sacrificing safety, schedule or quality.
